Peterborough Tack Return Policy

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns/exchanges within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition that it was purchased.

A credit memo will be provided for returns that are not accompanied by a receipt provided they are returned in the same condition they were purchased.

Peterborough Tack will not be held responsible for any damages to any of the products we sell. In the case of a manufacturer defect, Peterborough Tack is happy to work with the manufacturer on your behalf for replacements or credits. Replacements or credits are given solely by and at the discretion of the manufacturer.

All items on our clearance tables are final sales. There will be no returns or credits given.

All saddles purchased are returnable for a full refund, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were purchased, and are returned within three (3) days of the purchase date. After three (3) days the sale is considered final and no refund will be given.

All items purchased under the Custom Order plan will be refunded provided the conditions stated above are met, less the 25% non-refundable down payment.
